Trans Envy Magic Mushrooms (Psilocybe Cubensis Trans Envy) is a strain created by a Vancouver Island spore vendor Spores Lab. The story goes that there was a mix-up between two rye grain bags, one of whom was colonized with the South African Transkei strain and one with the Penis Envy strain. These two bags were used in one fruiting tray and it happened to produce a hybrid strain which was then extensively isolated to create new genetics which shows characteristics of both psilocybin mushrooms.

The Trans Envy shrooms are characterized by thick stems (thicker than Transkei) like its Penis Envy heritage but often with caps that open more. The colors are typically pale and less golden.

This strain is known to have high average psilocybin content due to its genetics. It is slow to grow and difficult to fruit compared to the average strain. The Transkei and Penis Envy are both premium strains with high potency, we do not recommend this strain for first-timers.

Trans Envy Magic Mushrooms Potency

After 10-40 minutes of consuming Trans Envy magic mushrooms, you will feel your mood enhanced with euphoria and excitement. Depending on the dosage you will experience mild to intense visual enhancements. Great White Monster (GWM) Magic Mushrooms is a relatively new P. Cubensis strain that was discovered by accident by the grower known as “NHMI”. This strain is originally a cross between Puerto Rican and Albino strains, but the Great White Monster was born out of accidental exposure to quaternary reactive ammonium siloxane. This is a special strain as it is the only P. Cubensis strain known to have both albino and leucistic spores. The fruiting bodies of this magic mushroom are white like albino shrooms but it is in fact leucistic (partial loss of color pigmentation). The GWM is also known to have large fruits, slow to grow but prolific grower. Expect higher than average potency with the Great White Monster.

The White Rabbit Psilocybe Cubensis variety is a hybrid of the Albino Penis Envy and Moby Dick varieties. Albino Penis Envy is renowned as one of the most potent Psilocybe cubensis mushroom varieties in existence, while Moby Dick (a hybrid between Golden Teacher and A+) is known for its ease-of-cultivation, and excellent yields. The White Rabbit strain first appeared in Holland, and was bred by a group of cultivators who specialize in the development of new magic mushroom varieties. White Rabbit is a quite stable genetic (even from spore) and retains some of the most desired qualities of each of its genealogical parents, such as increased potency, beautiful pallid coloration, and above-average yields (for a variety with Pe genetics). Spores Lab has further increased the strength of our White Rabbit cultures, and this genetic now boasts fast colonization, high-potency, great yield, resistance to contamination, and exceptional ‘bag appeal’. Unfortunately it is difficult to find feedback online in regards to the experience elicited by consuming White Rabbit, but from personal experience we can confidently state that this genetic is well above-average potency, and offers a distinctly more visual experience than many other strains. Aesthetically, this strain typically produces short and fat mushrooms, with thick, dense stems and large pale white caps, often split at the margins. Sporulation is moderate, and spores are purple brown (making this technically a leucystic strain, not a true albino)(hence the name “white” instead of “albino”).
